OPE.AI Recharge Agreement

Before agreeing to this Recharge Agreement, please be sure to read the User Agreement of the OPE.AI Open Platform and relevant Japanese laws and regulations. By conducting a balance recharge (purchase), users are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement and the OPE.AI User Agreement.

Users must confirm that they have civil capacity. Individuals under 20 years old or those who do not primarily support themselves through their own labor income should not purchase balance.

Article 1: Definition of Account Balance

"Account balance" refers to the account usage balance denominated in US Dollars (USD) provided by this platform (OPE.AI Open Platform) to users, which can be used to offset service usage fees within the platform.

Account balance is limited to consumption of paid services or functions provided within the OPE.AI Open Platform and does not have cash value. Furthermore, account balance cannot be used outside the platform, nor can it be transferred, cashed out, or transferred to third parties or external services.

Article 2: Recharge Methods

Users can recharge their balance through payment platforms designated by IRUCA K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"):

Article 3: Recharge Amount and Balance Acquisition

Balance purchase is not limited to fixed packages. Account balance will be reflected in the account based on the actual payment amount, and the reflected account balance quantity is determined according to the content displayed on the checkout page at the time of recharge.

※ Regarding the upper and lower limits of recharge amounts, rounding processing, exchange rates, taxes, and various handling fees, the conditions displayed on the checkout page shall apply.

Article 4: No Subscription Mechanism

This platform currently does not provide balance distribution in the form of regular purchases (subscriptions). All purchases are one-time payment transactions.

Article 5: Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable

Article 6: Scope of Use and Validity Period

Balance is limited to payment for services provided within the OPE.AI Open Platform. Currently, balance has no expiration date. However, an expiration date may be set in the future due to changes in the User Agreement or legal revisions. If a user deletes their account, all remaining balance will become invalid.

Article 7: Compliance with Terms of Use

When recharging account balance, users should do so on the basis of agreeing to all terms of the OPE.AI User Agreement and this Recharge Agreement in advance. Users must comply with these agreements and must not engage in acts that violate laws and public order and morals. Users must use payment methods with legitimate authority. If recharge is made using another person's name or improper means, the user shall bear the resulting responsibility.

Article 8: Agreement and Service Changes

The Company may change, add to, or delete the recharge conditions for account balance or the content of this Agreement according to changes in laws and regulations or service operation needs. At that time, the changed agreement will be announced on this platform and users will be notified as necessary. If users continue to recharge or use account balance after the changes, they are deemed to have agreed to such changes.

Article 9: Disclaimer

The Company assumes no responsibility for recharge failures or damages caused by reasons attributable to the user, such as user misoperation, wrong account selection, or communication environment failures.
